Privacy
This site uses Google Analytics to understand general website traffic and improve the information we provide. Google may process information such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser details, and referral source under its privacy policy (opens in a new tab). The foundation does not use this website for personalized advertising or accept payments.
Contact-form information is transmitted only when a visitor chooses to submit it for a response from the foundation.
AI support guide
When you send a message to the AI support guide, the text is processed by Microsoft Azure OpenAI to create a response. The foundation does not intentionally save the conversation transcript, and the guide does not use browser storage to retain it after the page is closed or refreshed. An aggregate monthly cost counter is retained to enforce the service budget; it does not contain conversation text.
Do not share names, dates of birth, addresses, medical-record numbers, detailed health records, or other private identifying information with the guide. Messages may still be processed by the service provider under its applicable security and data-handling terms.
Accessibility statement
The J.C. Ragsdale Foundation is working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. We design and test this site for keyboard navigation, screen readers, text zoom and reflow, visible focus, sufficient contrast, reduced motion, understandable forms, and mobile access.
Feedback and alternative formats
If you experience an accessibility barrier or need information in another format, please message the foundation through its official Facebook page (opens in a new tab). A dedicated accessibility email or phone number will be published after it is approved. Please identify the page and describe the problem without including private medical or financial information.
Current limitations
AI responses can be incomplete or incorrect and should be checked against the linked trusted resources or with a qualified professional. External websites are maintained by their respective organizations and may have different accessibility practices. This statement and the site were last reviewed August 4, 2026.
